Return and refund

At Tristan DIY, we strive to provide the best quality products and services to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund/Return Policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return your order within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition. We do not accept returns for opened, used, or damaged items.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details, including your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Refund Policy

  • We offer refunds for eligible returns within 3 days of delivery. The refund will be processed only in cash at the time of pickup when the returned product is collected.
  • Please note that since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method, the refund will be issued in cash at the time of return processing. No other payment methods are available for refunds.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer an exchange service. If you would like a different product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

4. Warranty

  • The products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. For any issues related to product defects or quality concerns, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
  • Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

5. Return Process

To return an item:

  • Contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange for the product to be picked up.
  • Once the product is returned and inspected, we will process your refund in cash at the time of pickup.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during the return process.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products that have been customized or personalized
